This brochure has all the details about the conference. The Application Packet below has all of the forms needed to apply for the conference.

Conference Application Packet
This packet contains the application form, permission statement, bus routes, and the code of responsibility form. All forms must be filled out, signed, and returned to your exchange agency by November 30, 2011.
