The Iowa Student Global Leadership Conference (ISGLC) brings together one hundred Iowa high school students and one hundred foreign exchange students from across the state. Student participants meet and establish friendships with peers from all over the world as they share their diverse perspectives on global issues. Conference activities include large and small group activities and discussion and a Friday night dance.

ISGLC is held annually at the beginning of February in Des Moines. Attendance is by invitation only.
